Timberline Ridge Home Inspections prints your home inspection report at the end of the inspection!

In the old days of home inspections, the inspector would handwrite notes, and take photos of the issues discovered. The inspector would then go back to their office and write up an inspection report from scratch, and import the photos they took. With the invention of the laptop, this process became a little bit easier in that the inspector could take more expansive notes on-site, and could copy and paste pre-written text into the final report. While this was an improvement, it is still a cumbersome process. Many inspectors continue to have a 24 to 48 hour turnaround time before you are able to see your inspection report. In some cases, this can be up to 3 days before you have the report, causing delays and pushing back the inspection objection deadline.

At Timberline Ridge Home Inspections we don't think you should have to wait! We use an application which is specially built exclusively for home inspections. We can create beautiful home inspection reports in a matter of a few hours. The report is printed at the property being inspected, and is presented in a half-inch binder which you get to keep! We will walk through the report with you and your real estate agent so there aren't hidden surprises in the report. We will help you understand the nature of the conditions discovered, help you prioritize which conditions should be addressed first, and which conditions you might want to ask the seller to address.

To help reduce our impact on the environment, our reports are printed on premium quality paper which is 100% post-consumer recycled fiber! Printed reports are in full color, and the report binder contains additional documentation, such as average system and component life expectancies, and safety information, to help you get the most out of your home. If you elect to forego the printed report we will increase our donation to One Tree Planted by 5 trees!
